Future For Nature (FFN) works to create a global network of outstanding nature conservationists. The network is growing with three new FFN Award winners joining the FFN Family each year. Based on their input, 5 key topics of support were identified and a unique support scheme developed: FRONT support.
FRONT support
The FRONT support system consists of five specific areas of support.
- Financial support: geographic scaling of conservation solutions through working together and sharing expertise (for examples see Family funding).
- Research: monitoring schemes, collection of evidence, student projects, co-writing papers (for examples see Field Fellows).
- Outreach: sharing conservation news, updates, and successes with a global audience.
- Networking: connecting winners with relevant donors, academics, and student platforms.
- Training: providing tailor-made training sessions and workshops on request.
