Floortje Dessing and Frans de Waal

As Covid-19 took hold of the world, the Future For Nature Award event in 2020 was postponed and ultimately it was decided to transform into a virtual event. It took place on October 30th 2021 through the Hopin platform and it was another wonderful and inspiring virtual event, with the ability to connect people from all over the planet. We received two wonderful video messages from Dutch tv presenter Floortje Dessing, who travels around the world to show the Dutch audience the beauty of different cultures and natural areas, and Dr. Frans de Waal, an esteemed scientists who studies the minds of animals.
